Binge eating what should I do?
Ok so tonight I binge ate on way to much food. I am also on a diet so that's no good. I ate peanut butter(thank goodness I can't stand the thought of it anymore) girl scout ice-cream, chocolate eclair Kringle, brownie, lemon poppy seed mini muffin, fruit gushers, tlc toasted vegetable crackers, pretzels, pringles, and some cottage cheese. I know that I ate alot don't have to tell me. But does anyone have any successions on how to get rid of my bloatiness? Also is special k oats and honey cereal a good breakfast in the morning after by binge?
