Im sick and I don't want to go to school tomorrow. What should I do?

I'm havin cough and runny nose now, feeling awful. I don't want to go to school tomorrow because I don't think I'll be any better tomorrow. I've went to the doctor yesterday and he only gave me mc for yesterday and today. And the school only accepts mc. I really really dont want to suffer in school for ten hours tomorrow. What should I do? Should I get sick enough to not go to school? If so, how to get sick enough?
