I really want to lose weight this summer and make a drastic change for the better. I only have 2 months for it. I've been going to the gym for 5 days now. And I'm having such a hard time avoiding cravings :/ Like today, we had a movie watching with my friends and I ended up eating chips and half a can of Pringles. And I'm pretty worried that I may not have any hope anymore to lose weight within 2 months. What can I do to avoid cravings and lose weight faster?
