I dont see you have enough protein (milk and cheese are fat) in your meals, that is a really bad diet. You had too much carb in your intake, that's why you keep eating. So try to get 2 hard boil egg and veggie at lunch break. 2 eggs about 140 cal but keep you full and providing protein. And get some more meat at your dinner as well. Cheerios is not a good choice for losing weight, because contains too much sugar. why not switch to all bran or fiber one original.
