Hi! The number of calories i eat after school is insane. I am never hungry at all during the morning. I eat as much after school as one does for a whole meal! I eat two or three snacks and usually only one of the 2-3 are healthy. I told my mom to stop buying the candy and potato chips, but she keeps buying them anyways! The number of calories is like 300! How can I eat least drive my way to the fruit bowl or veggie bag in the fridge vs. the giant bag of sour patch kids and pringles...
