Question about Weight Loss!?

I'm not too sure about the 100lbs thing. It really depends on your body fat percentage. For instance, if you are 40% made up of body fat, then losing 100 pounds would mean losing ALL your body fat which is way unhealthy. A healthy % is like 6-10%. But what you meed to do is continue to work out like you are (I would ttly recommend lifting weights too more muscle needs more calories to burn). Its good you are cutting all that food out of your diet. 3 square meals a day, lots of fruits & veggies are very good. Stay away from chips and candy and junk food. Drink lots of water and the pounds will melt away. Also I found that chewing sugar free gum keeps my mind off food so I always cheese some. Good luck!
